SHIPPING OVERVIEW

All of our items are generally made to order. Once you place an order we make your purchases as fast as we can which takes no longer than 2-3 weeks.

Please email us your purchase is time-sensitive. We will do our best to accommodate expedited requests and can quote faster delivery options.

Our workshop does not have a show room and therefore we do not allow local pick-ups at this time.

Worley’s Lighting is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier. Worley’s Lighting will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our store due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from Worley’s Lighting, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, and the cost of returning the package to us.

Our shipments do not require a signature. If you'd like your shipment to require a signute upon delivery please let us know at the time of purchase.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Most orders shipping to somewhere in the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska will ship UPS ground. Some will ship USPS priority or Fedex ground.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks for delivery depending on the speed of your local post and customs office. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office for further information. We cannot mark merchandise shipped overseas as a gift or otherwise lie about the product’s value to skirt or reduce customs fees.

For items shipped outside of the United States, you accept the risk of loss and title for that merchandise upon our delivery of your package to the carrier. CANCELLATIONS

Please notify us by e-mail within 24 hours of purchase if you want to cancel your order.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item broken or otherwise damaged in shipment, please email us at info@worleyslighting.com. We will evaluate the damage and determine the best and fastest way to get you your items.

DEFECTS

Everything we make is inspected carefully before it leaves our workshop. Please know that all of our items are handmade and therefore slight variations in wood grain, color and finish may occur adding to the charm and originality of each piece. If you feel your item is defective, contact us at customerservice@worleyslighting.com and we will be happy to resolve your concerns.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Because of the made to order, handmade nature of our work we do not usually accept returns for reasons other than defects. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do accept returns for store credit when the following criteria are met: 1) The items are unused and in their original packaging. 2) The items were delivered to you within the last 30 days. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Customers must email us within the 30 day return window to be eligible. Worley’s Lighting is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping, so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trusted carrier. *Commercial orders of 20 or more items are final sale and do not qualify for return at any time.*

WARRANTY

The electrical parts on any fixture you purchase are warrantied for 2 years. Damage caused by mishandling or incorrect bulb use will not be covered. All repairs will be done in our studio in South Carolina. We cannot cover field labor costs for installation or removal. Contact us with any issues!

Our metal and wood finishes and detachable globes and shades are not covered under warranty but with proper care will last the lifetime of your fixture. Replacements shades are available upon request.

CLEANING + MAINTENANCE 

WOOD - Our wood finishes are protected with hardwood floor quality hardener. To clean, dry dust with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals. 

BRASS - Our brass finish is delicate and will develop a rich patina over time. Make sure to wear the gloves provided during installation and avoid touching any brass areas to avoid fingerprints. Use a non abrasive polish and soft cloth to clean and brighten any brass parts. 

MATTE BLACK + SATIN WHITE - Our powder coated finishes will stand the test of time. Dust with dry cloth or spot clean with mild cleaning solution.

OXIDIZED BRASS + SILVER - Dust with dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning products on this finish or the layer of finish could be removed.

GLASS - Glass globes can be removed and cleaned with mild soap and water or glass cleaning solution.
