All of our items are generally made to order. Once you place an order we make your purchases as fast as we can which takes no longer than 14 business days.
Please email us your purchase is time-sensitive. We will do our best to accommodate expedited requests and can quote faster delivery options.
Our workshop does not have a show room and therefore we do not allow local pick-ups at this time.
Worley’s Lighting is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier. Worley’s Lighting will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our store due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from Worley’s Lighting, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, and the cost of returning the package to us.
Most orders shipping to somewhere in the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska will ship Postal Mail. Some will ship UPS ground or Fedex ground.
International orders are shipped via Postal Mail Orders can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks for delivery depending on the speed of your local post and customs office. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office for further information. We cannot mark merchandise shipped overseas as a gift or otherwise lie about the product’s value to skirt or reduce customs fees.
For items shipped outside of the United States, you accept the risk of loss and title for that merchandise upon our delivery of your package to the carrier. Please notify us by e-mail within 24 hours of purchase if you want to cancel your order.
If you receive an item broken or otherwise damaged in shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will evaluate the damage and determine the best and fastest way to get you your items.
Everything we make is inspected carefully before it leaves our workshop. Please know that all of our items are handmade and therefore slight variations in wood grain, color and finish may occur adding to the charm and originality of each piece. If you feel your item is defective, contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to resolve your concerns.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Because of the made to order, handmade nature of our work we do not usually accept returns for reasons other than defects. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do accept exchanges when emailed within 7 days of receiving the original package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Customers must email us within the 7-day return window. Worley’s Lighting is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping, so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trusted carrier.
INTERNATIONAL LAMP USAGE
Our lamps are made in compliance with U.S. standards. If you are purchasing a lamp for use outside of the U.S. or Canada, use only with the appropriate outlet adapter and voltage converter for your country. Do not plug into an electrical outlet higher than 110-120V as this could result in fire and/or injury.
