• Q: Are your lights UL Listed? A: All of our hard-wire sconces are UL Listed.

• Q: Do you offer finish samples? A: 

  We offer a couple of affordable finish sample options.

  If you want to add porcelain/linen to your sample kit make sure to leave us a note! The whole kit is only $25 with free shipping.

• Q: Can your lamps be used in other countries? A: Our hard-wire sconces are UL Listed for the US and Canada only. 

• Q: Can I see a photo of a light in a different finish? A: We can send 3D renderings of our lights in any finish combination you'd like to see. Just send us an email with your request!

• Q: Do you have 2D / 3D models of your lights? A: 

  You can browse our growing catalog of models and downloads here. If you need a model that is missing, please let us know and we will get it uploaded!

• Q: What are the dimensions of this lamp? A: All dimensions are detailed in each product listing.

• Q: Can you customize a light for my project? A: We can customize the rod lengths on many of our lights. Our shade sizes cannot be customized. Send us an email with your request and we will let you know what is possible for your project.

Shipping Questions

• Q: What is your lead time? A: Our standard production lead time on under 10 items is 2-3 weeks. Current lead times are listed on every product page. Once your order ships, an email will be automatically sent containing your UPS tracking number.

• Q: How do I sign up for a trade discount? A:
